I would like to apply to the IF with both of these entities because while the government of Tamerlaine is ostensibly sovereign, they have legalized all matters of public works, defense, infrastructure, and trade to be routed through the corporation-run International Trade Zone. I feel it would be interesting to get the IF’s take on a country having less representation than the companies it has signed its functions over to.

Madam, we have heard the cries of the member states of the International Forum. They believe that the denial of our first membership application was a slight on our dignity. Furthermore, they are convinced that our presence at this institution will bring much needed progress. Moreover, we were quite heartened by your obvious desire to apologize for what was blatantly an injustice, however we understand that you simply lack the authority and power to do so. No matter, the Pax is forgiving. Our light will radiate this organisation.
I am quite certain that you have a welcoming committee and honorary parade prepared. There is no need.
