Pursuant to section 1.2.5 of the Charter of the East Pacific:

1.2.5.        Membership of the Assembly shall be eligible to all Ratified Nations of the East Pacific, who shall signal their desire to join by formal announcement, and who must then be seconded by another ratified nation, and finally must be approved by popular vote of the Ratified Nations.

The government of the East Pacific does hereby call for any ratified nation wishing to participate in the Magisterial Assembly of the East Pacific to submit their formal application to join, and to seek support from other such nations as are known to them to second their applications, also by formal response to this thread.

All posts to this thread not consisting of a nomination or secondment of a nation to join the Assembly shall be removed. Any applications or secondments made by nations having failed to ratify the charter shall also be removed. Whilst there is no formal requirement for such, it is expected that nations will have made a minimum of 50 posts before applying to join the government. If you have not done so, please consider refraining from making an application to join until you have made at least 50 posts.
