AVP: Alien v Predator

Tactical Information
(Source: Alien Movies, Predator 1, AVP Game)

Alien:
Primary Attack: Claws (See Movies)
Secondary Attack: Tail (Not used a lot in the movies.)
Other Attacks: Secondary Jaws (Head bites!)
Alternate Vision Mode: Navigation Sence
More Info:
Physically the strongest of the species. Uses aura vision to see Aliens (Red), Predators (Green, even when cloaked), and Marines (Blue). Can climb any wall and takes no fall damage. When killed releases acid blood. However, Xenomorphs are extremly frail and die quickly when faced with and real fire power. Also depending on what the Face Hugger attaches itself to, will effect the speed, strength, and Physical apperance of the Xenomorph.

Predator:
Primary Attack: Shoulder Cannon (See Movies)
Secondary Attack: Wrist Blade (See Movies)
Other Attacks: Speargun, Pistol (Energy Grenade), Disc (Track and destroy. Preadors fall over, Humans are sliced in half, Xenomorphs explode, when hit), Medicomp (Heals Predator), Cloaking Device.
Alternate Vision Mode: Heat Vison (Human-Blue), Infared (Xenomorph-Red), Ultraviolet (Predator-Green)
More Info:
Bigger, badder and more beefy than a Marine. Predators use stealth to its fullest advantage. When cloaked, motion detectors don’t pick them up. However only the Shoulder Cannon and Wristblade can be used when cloaked. Predators depend on energy weapons, and therefore have recharge stations. When killed (in Predator 1 at least) they detonate a low yeild nuclear explosion. By nature they hunt the Xenomorph, and Humans as trophies.

Marine:
Primary Attack: Pulse Grenade Gun (May vary based on specialty.)
Secondary Attack: Grenade (May vary based on specialty.)
Other Attacks: Rocket Launcher, Flame Thrower, SADAR, Smart Gun, Grenade Launcher, Club, Chainsaw, Pistol, Exoarmor, etc.
Alternate Vison Mode: Image Intensifier (Infared)
More Info:
Usually the underdog of the species. Physically the weakest of the species, the Marine packs the best fire power of the species, although that can be suicidal. Humans use motion dectors to warn them of incoming danger, and can be used through walls. When in Exoarmor, the Marine loses this ability. Civillians usually end up Xenomorph chow, or hosts.

Place your vote NOW!

Personally, I play as the infamous Predator, Pretty Kitty! Humans are easy to kill, and only a few people (Paul- The Watcher and Matt- Snuggles) can master the raw power and motion sickness of the Alien.

humans - they always win in the movies

In the movies yes, but in real life (or the game) Aliens and Predators rule supreme!

Truly, I feel I can’t vote on this one, as we really don’t know. On one hand, the human, through good old fashioned stubborness and brainpower, might win. On the other hand, the predator, with its great weaponry and stealth, could have the advantage.

And on the third hand, the alien migth be able to use its speed and agility to win the game. Who knows who might win?

However, beeing human, I’m going to vote marine.

wait a second… three hands? Are you sure you’re human?

No comment. I guess I spent too much time jogging three miles on that one island, and visiting that one Ukraine Nuclear Power Plant…what was its name…Chernobyl?

Well, maybe it’s not FPS’s hand. The third hand is an Alien hand, er, claw hanging from the celing about to drag FPS into the air vents (see Alien 3).

Imatron, that’s cra—
