Greetings weebs, anime fans, and manga fans of The East Pacific. The East has long had a connection with the land of East, JAPAN. In fact, we have an embassy with the region JAPAN. Coincidence? Hardly. But let’s talk about us first.
A shadow has been falling over us recently, and it’s not Eastern Alksearia who’s running this election. I’m talking about the shadow of forgetfulness and apathy. We have been forgetting our roots.
“What roots, Luck?”
OUR ROOTS AS THE HUB OF ANIME.
Do you remember the 21st of september when delegates had an… ANIME identity they cared about? The last anime delegate was Shadow. The previous anime delegate was Himesama. Think back to those times. Even before that, Anime was rampant across The East. Hanami Matsuri was one of our major anime festivals we jointly hosted.
But we have lost our way. Our identity as being one with ANIME is floundering. This is something that we need to rediscover.
An Anime Banner over the Region and the Teachings of Vtubers in every Nation.
AN ANIME BANNER OVER THE REGION
Let’s start with the regional identity. With the delegate position to gather endorsements out of the Archon’s hands, no more of these pesky endorsement banners. The regional anime identity shall be developed to foster one TEP identity.
Back in the days, Monika reigned over The East Pacific, watching benevolently over all of us. It is of utmost importance that we choose a new anime deity to bless us with the power of god and anime. To this effect, I will work and direct the culture ministry with the RMB Council to put forth the Anime Flag Banner contest. This is of utmost importance and the first order of business to ensure the revitalisation of anime in the region. If we make this a regular competition every quarter, I hope to rekindle the inner designer in TEPers to help us refind our love of anime.
THE TEACHINGS OF VTUBERS IN EVERY NATION
“In order to not overthink, one must just simply not think at all” - Gigi Murin
Do you know of Hololive? Well now you do. Hololive is the premier Vtuber agency where talents regularly give out words of Wisdom. Every nation in TEP has something to learn from these words of advice. GA recommendations? The Vtubers have advice for that. How to suppress political freedoms? The Vtubers recommend you take this gun and do a crime.
The question is how do we conduct such outreach to spread the gospel of Vtubers? Again, the culture ministry and the news ministry come into play. The culture ministry and myself will be busy creating game nights centered around the teachings of vtuber, such as “Guess who said the quote” games, or “Guess the vtuber from the silhouette” games. In addition, MANDATORY Hololive short watchalongs shall be established. ALL MEMBERS of TEP, whether you hail from Main server, Valsora or URTH will be forced to give comments and favourite moments of the weekly short reel posted.
IN EVERY NATION I SAID
The News ministry will be tasked with transforming the EPNS into the premier anime newspaper. Naturally in the monthly edition will be a column featuring the latest happenings of our beloved newspapers. And no, the EPNS will not just be pinned on the WFE. The EPNS will be thrown right into your telegram mailbox. You cannot escape the Vtubers coming to your nation.
An Enlightened Anime Fanclub in TEP

Moving on from the regional identity of an Anime Banner of the Region and the Teachings of Vtubers in every Nation comes the next aspect to bond the community in TEP over Anime.
The previous aspect of regional identity was building the environment of TEP, to surround ourselves with Anime. An Enlightened Anime Fanclub details the building of community bonds.
Now that we have an Anime deity watching over The East, we have an Oshi to stan. But the best fans are those who know WHY their Oshi is the best even amongst all the best anime gals and bois out there.
Mandatory anime learning sessions will be conducted every weekend and we will be tracking the level of knowledge that the community has. Again, this does not discriminate against the government server/valsora/urth. The culture ministry will once again have a busy job ahead of it and I will be fully committed to helping conduct outreach and the legwork needed for such learning sessions.
We will first start with Anime watchalongs every weekend, followed by discussions at the end of the series about why the series was actually good, and who the best characters were. Movie nights would also be held. The tricky part is finding timings which can get as many people as possible, and it is entirely plausible that we will plan screenings at different timezones. Not just Anime watchalongs, but anime songs will be posted on the WFE and RMB. The RMBC and a whole of government effort will be made to discuss anime on the RMB. At the end of the 6 months, the OSHI survey, would be sent out, likely coordinated by the News Ministry, asking the Fans of TEP to rank the best characters of the season, the favourite animes, and the best moments. Putting aside what a great news article the results would make, the aim here is to make TEPers appreciate and understand the greatness of anime and why their Oshi deity deserves to watch over the East.
Only by having an enlightened domestic fanclub can TEP claim to be an expert in the anime sphere. TEPers will be able to argue why Gojo Satoru is actually the best character for reasons that are not just his white hair. All of Gameplay will tremble at us.
Which brings me to my next point.
The Borderless Love of Anime

As TEP establishes the Teachings of Vtubers and an Enlightened Fanclub, it’s time to turn our sights abroad. We carry the teachings of anime, the flags and banners and it is time to spread it to places further than the Universe. America Ya.
The EPSA is the first carrier and spreader of Anime. Armed with anime flags and banners, we will ensure that Anime is spread across the tag wastelands of nationstates. When detags happen, those personnel detagging the regions will be indoctrinated by anime. As the EPSA works with other partners for holds and bashes, we will ensure that the captured regions fly our anime flags and banners proudly in front of our partners. A clear signal would be sent to our working partners of our regional anime identity.
But we still need to create such opportunities for the EPSA to shine and carry our anime deity. The FA team will be working hard behind the scenes to ensure that we have a range of partners who are willing to host our anime armies. The first stop will be the other Pacifics. The West and The North have long had sympathies with Anime, and together we will create the coalition of Anime. Other UCRs that we are looking to be closer to include Starlight who long has had anime tendencies.
Our other partners and treaty allies would also be reached out to work together to host anime cultural events, game nights, or anime bashes together. As tokens of appreciation, our culture ministry and design teams can gift them anime banners to mark the occasion.
We will tread loudly in the FA scene with an anime standee and carry a huge concert lightstick.
The Fans Among Us

Throughout this campaign so far, I have listed out the numerous tasks ahead of us to create an Anime Identity in the East. So many events for the culture ministry and news ministry, so many plans for the EPSA and FA team.
“Where are all these fans to carry out this vision coming from? Isn’t staffing at an all time low?”
That’s the thing my fellow brothers and sisters in anime. We have fans amongst us. We are lying dormant, unsure of how we can contribute. We just need a little push, a little guidance to try something new. A familiar face there to scout you, to pass you a manga or anime recommendation in your uncertain times. We all share the love of anime in our region. It has just been lying dormant. My ministers and myself will have a lot of DM outreach to do to reconnect with the anime fans.
Maishuumatsu Matsuri (毎週末祭り)

Maishuumatsu (毎週末) means - Every Weekend.
Matsuri means (祭り) - Festival.
It’s no secret that we’re busy people. But at the very least, every weekend in TEP should feel like a festival. We should be enjoying ourselves, talking and chatting about the greatest hits of anime, playing anime games and talking about the latest Uma Musume. Of course, we will eventually bring back the giant Hanami Matsuri, but for now, let us hope to enjoy every weekend together. It may be chance that we met each other online, but it is up to us to choose to have fun, and I choose to have a blast with you all every weekend.
My future ministers, my voters, residents of The East Pacific,
