Although I’m sure you already saw this on the Born to be Alive thread, Kelssek, I thought I’d put it here just to make sure.
As of yesterday, Nivogal was officially removed from the RP Historical Protection list. As he was never added to any other protection list (to my knowledge), he may be fully removed from the EP Map, at the convenience of the Regional Cartographer.
