Actually that was my thoughts also. He’s probably going to slowly collect the plots around them and then just invade them as he’ll have them surrounded. 
He’ll probably send in fridge owls in the first few attacks. They’ll take out the fridges thus starving out the Cajuns. :dance fridgie: Then he’ll send in his regular troops to invade(er keep the peace).

Has anyone claimed plot 92? If not the Commonwealth of Bakanda would like that one for itself.
Do you have to wait unitl you get to 1.5 bil in population to claim soverign rights over a territory? I am at 12 mil right now (just started playing)
If 92 is taken then plot 141 please.

To answer your question, not you do not have to wait until you have a population of 1.5 billion. My request was for a fourth plot, once I had reached the population level of 1.5 billion. Considering you have 12 million, you are allowed one sovereign territory. Might I refer you to the http://invisionfree.com/forums/The_East_Pacific/index.php?showtopic=977 for plot requests.

Sweet, I had claimed it as a base of operations for the war there but you wre more than welcome to it
it took a lot less damage than the rest of Govindia, so it should be hapitable

The capital city is Tasman and you may put it wherever your heart desires. Us Kangarawans are very easy to get along with. :nod:
A new nation rises from the horrors of Govindia, eh?
Though I hate to further push RP Continuality aside…at this point, the only way to keep EPRP going is to do so. Especially recognizing the huge number of such unrealistic/unmeritous RP jumps that have happened in the last couple months.
Anyways, my primary point is that new nations occupying former Govindian lands do not need to recognize that Govindia ever existed. For the rest of the EP, it will have…you can RP that away however you like. And new nations can accept former Govindian past if they like. But for the purpose of welcoming new RPers, former Govindian territories hold no RP past upon claim.
