Characters of the MBE (UK and territories)

This thread is a WIP for my complete list of characters in RP threads that exist within the boundaries of which I control, restricted to the Morstaybishlian Empire and predecessor states, successor states and regions within my influence, excluding embassy and newspaper threads UNLESS the character makes a personal speech that is quoted and not written elsewhere.

I’ve colour coded a few things. Parts in purple are RPs that have been retconned, but a character has taken part in.

I understand I haven’t made one of these yet and thus I will be very incomplete for a long time. (I started 16 months late)…
