Audit

This audit was conducted on the 7th of July, 2025, pursuant to my power as an ex officio member of the Citizenship Office. Every name listed here is found in violation of the Citizenship Act and their citizenship forfeitted.

Non EPSA

Bendelverium CTE’d. 12 hour window passed on July 7th, at 10:40 AM.
Dioske CTE’d. 12 hour window passed on June 24th, at 10:41 AM.
Henren left the region and the WA. 12 hour window passed on June 30th, at 11:27 AM.
Krillopia left the region. 12 hour window passed on May 5th.
Qantari CTE’d. 12 hour window passed on June 9th, at 10:47 AM.
Restoration of Eastern Kaiserreich left the WA. 12 hour window passed on June 30th, at 2:32 AM.

EPSA

Clause 3.7 of the Citizenship Act demands that “Active soldiers of the Eastern Pacific Sovereign Army […] must return WA status to their citizen nation whenever they are not actively deployed in a foreign region on the orders of the EPSA.” As Overseeing Officer Dremaur has not posted any record of long-term deployment, the following soldiers are found in violation of this clause:

DaWu has not returned their WA to their citizenship nation for 18 days/36 updates.
Cyberstrom has not returned their WA to their citizenship nation for 14 days/28 updates.
Jakun has not returned their WA to their citizenship nation for 22 days/44 updates.
Sokala has not returned their WA to their citizenship nation for 37 days/74 updates.
Wallenburg has not returned their WA to their citizenship nation for 38 days/76 updates since this provision was signed into law on May 29th by the Delegate.

All those who have had their citizenship removed may apply for citizenship to be reinstated. All those holding positions which require citizenship are hereby removed from those offices

UPDATE:

EPSA soliders DaWu, Sokala, Cyberstrom and Wallenburg are on deployment with EPSA.

Restoration of Eastern Kaiserreich is also on deployment and is why their WA has been dropped.

If the Citizenship Office had first reached out to EPSA leadership, the Office would have been made aware that EPSA was running ops at nearly every update during the Month of June in support of Pride R/D and the Trevor Project. If the Office had also asked EPSA leadership, the Office would have been made aware of a current ongoing operation. While I am thankful for the work done, this was rather rushed and due diligence wasnt conducted. The revokation of citizenship of all the mentioned people in this post are found to be improper and without merit.

I would strongly urge a Civil Case be filed for improper revokation of citizenship.

The law is clear. The Overseeing Officer must publicly post long-term operations. This is a provision that was negotiated into the law with multiple EPSA Commanders. If they don’t wish to follow this provision that they put in our laws, it is not me who should be on trial. However, their names have not been removed from the thread so I think it’s fair to say that the revocation has technically not been enacted and the OO still has some grace period to confirm what you’re saying.

Considering that there was no notifcation even given to other members of the Citizenship Office that an audit was being conducted, these actions do fall very squarely upon your own shoulders. As a representative of the government on behalf of of the Citizenship Office, the appropriate recourse is a Civil Trial. I expect to see a suit filed shortly.

I neglected to file charges to offer some grace and leniency in my interpretation as an enforcer of this law, just as I offer grace now by allowing a loophole for the OO to correct their mistake and save these people’s citizenship. Just as easily, I could have not been so flexible, and exhibited less care for those in this community, but I am a better person than that. Given, others in this community are not a better person than that, and seek to hound me through a civil suit against my legally mandated course of action, I have proceeded to file those charges. I did not realize that, in my month away, it became the norm to file for trial first, and ask questions later.

I would remind the EPSA, however, that the protocol is to return your WA to TEP after ALL operations — just one more switch on top of whichever ones you’ve done already. And the exception is if any ops last longer than a single update, with every such op in need of reporting publicly.
