AMOM Update: This is the official list of Citizens of The East Pacific, last updated 2/9/2025.
Please keep in mind that the date(s) granted / updated do not reflect all citizens’ tenures in TEP, and are thoroughly complicated by changes made to the Concordat and citizenship / “voter registration” system throughout history.
This is the official list of Citizens of The East Pacific. The resident nation name is listed. In parentheses, if it is different, the WA nation name is reported. EPSA membership is represented by a WA nation of “EPSA”.
@Mangegneithe and I have completed a citizenship audit with @Dremaur’s permission. We found through this audit that 69 of the 106 of the currently documented citizens in the current iteration of the Application thread currently have valid citizenship, while 37 do not. I will endeavor to format this better but will, for now, list the confirmed citizens, followed by those removed during the audit and the reasoning. I will also note that through responsibility for maintaining citizenship records changing hands over the years and through different forms of “citizenship” versus “residency” versus “registered voters” existing in the Concordat over time, there appears to have been loss / damage to the citizenship records. I will therefore ask that a citizenship roster be continuously maintained on these forums and, once again, stress the importance of using the forums for bookkeeping: Discord and Google Sheets are useful communication tools but are not appropriate media for maintaining these records.
Also noteworthy is that EPSA recordkeeping has moved off the forum, and the roster I provided on Discord did not list a number of members previously listed in the citizenship roster. Another group that needs to be well-documented, ideally on the forum, so that we can track membership for citizenship recordkeeping purposes.

I have updated the roster in the original post using AMOM’s own post and mine. I have found and listed there two invalid EPSA citizenships slated to be stripped.

A tabular format has now been employed. Entries are now listed in alphabetical order. Columns have been added for date granted and date updated. The latter will need to be populated.
