Acknowledging 
The Fantabulousness of Pichtonia’s (Pichto) first ventures in Europeia, shining as an innovative Minister of Culture by devising the EurOlympics, a unifying set of sports competitions and games that would be brought back in later years. They would then revive the “columns’’ system as a two-term Minister of Communications, providing a clear structure that serves as the basis for the modern approach of the notoriously energetic Europeian Broadcasting Corporation (EBC),
Exuberant at Pichto’s return to Europeia in late 2018, restoring their reputation in their old home of Radio and bringing it to new heights with two and a half terms as Minister. They established the modern standards for Radio during their stellar terms with an astonishing three or more shows a week, featuring constant interviews that would bring the voice of the region to life, providing extensive coverage of election seasons which serve as the root for Europeia’s vibrant and competitive democracy, and branching out with casual shows and numerous foreign collaborations. This performance established Europeian Radio as a key collaborative space for creative minds internally and widened the impressive foreign network of Europeia, making room for future collaborations along this medium,
Awed at Pichto’s ascendance to the Goldenblock, where they were renowned for their near-unparalleled levels of activity and engagement in Europeian government, promoting the Europeian spirit by:
- focusing on the retention of citizens in the region, successfully overcoming the curse of lower summer activity with the creation of the Ministry of Integration to introduce citizens to Europeian life, and further holding regular weekend games that engaged both community members and friends abroad,
- bringing the region together for several festivities, highlighting the uniquely wacky and animated personality of Europeia’s community in the “Million Post Palooza”, the ovation of Onderkelkia, and a Halloween festival filled with spooky games and contests, and
- re-igniting the region’s spirits as President, bringing holiday cheer with a wonderful Winter celebration of Europeian art, games, and community; spreading appreciation in a Valentine’s Day event by compiling and sending profuse appreciation messages throughout the region, and highlighting the community’s best in the annual Eurochoice awards, and
- spotlighting activity and transparency in government with weekly reports on government activity, extensive EBC radio coverage of the government response to nuclear and zombie apocalypses, and the revival of the dispatch system and Upvote Squad,
Admiring that Pichto would leverage their extensive experience in Europeia to help guide the region’s external approach with their trademark work ethic and focus, serving in senior executive positions that would allow them to further the region’s interests abroad and guide its growth into the modern era by:
- promoting Europeia’s wider cultural presence abroad, working to unify two media giants in the Cross-Promotional Agreement with NSToday that eventually led to an exchange program between the EBC and NSToday which contributed to its rise to prominence, and also co-hosting cultural events like Paradoxical with friends in the North Pacific and the East Pacific and holding interregional festival weeks with the West Pacific and the Communist Bloc,
- tending to Europeia’s diplomatic connections, both new and old, lending their sage wisdom and acquired knowledge to the development of better connections with new friends like Kantrias, with whom Pichto played a large part in the signing of a non-aggression pact with, or the smoothening of relations with the Pacific, a previously hostile tension that has now blossomed into greater connections in the modern era,
- supporting first-time President Peeps as Vice President through the sudden resignation of World Assembly Delegate Aexnidaral, utilizing their foreign affairs expertise to quickly coordinate with Europeia’s allies and guiding a quick transition to the new Delegate Primorye Oblast, and
- extending Europeia’s reach with the Conference of Westminster, in which Europeia would work with United Kingdom in the development of their World Assembly program,
Proud of Pichto’s five terms in Senate, two of which they would serve as Speaker, wherein they guided key legislation like the Popular Senate Size Amendment which would streamline the decision of Senate size and make it overall more democratic, while also ensuring the preservation of historical records during a transition to new Senate chambers,
Appreciating Pichto for their unmatched inventiveness and determination, never failing to bounce back from adversity and bringing both positivity and prosperity wherever they go,
