They would elevate West-flanders to the Delegacy to retain the operationality of Belgium’s defenses and initiate the drafting of a constitution in a astonishingly quick and effective response against raider forces, leaving Belgium safe and sound under Riemstagrad’s impressive foresight and leadership in a situation that had claimed so many other defenseless regions,
