Checking in with the results and the next steps. Unfortunately, only 12 people responded in the last 19 days. However, they fortunately do cover I think the broader community to an extent. I have also taken into consideration discussion in the Discord post. Based on all of that, to save some time, I have provided a summary:

The community is open to renewal, supports structural clarity, and prefers hybrid governance, but is deeply protective of RP subcommunities and wary of changes that feel imposed. Onboarding improvements and cross-community cohesion are widely desired, but branding and channel restructuring remain contentious.
The current proposal is at the most extreme and based on feedback it will continue to be refined to the right fit for our community.
What is not changing

While the survey results may infer that the favor of a social split is something that is desired, we must consider the people that are not filling out the survey, in the discussion channel itself. I would suggest that each server take a look at their setup and clean up channels as needed.

Gameplayers haven’t really filled out the survey, so the time and energy will be reorganization of the government channels.

Minor changes
- Unless anyone has any objections, I think adopting simply TEP is the way the community will ultimately go. I’m going to introduce some minor TEP updates in various places to see how reactions go.
