I was originally compiling a timeline of suspicious events since the TEP vs. JoWhatup trial began that I intended to post in the appellate trial, when things began to stick out to me as being strikingly “OOC” and, while relevant to the trial timeline, appeared be in poor form listed in a post as an “IC” prosecutor and are better described here as an OOC aside and a complaint - I am not explicitly calling for action (yet), but I would like the Admin and Moderation staff to be aware of this in case it is necessary in the future. I’m becoming increasingly more and more alarmed and disturbed by statements / actions / “coincidences” pertaining to Xoriet’s broader gameplay circle and feel I need to document them entirely at the same time as my response to the appellate trial for the sake of complete transparency and in order to properly protect myself, because I am now not sure what some people on the “other side” are capable of or might try to attempt in what seems to be a campaign against me, personally.
The trial timeline has been as follows: charges were filed on February 8, 2025, the pre-trial was opened on February 9, 2025, the trial began on February 16, 2025, and the verdict was being considered between February 23, 2025 and March 5, 2023. The appeal was submitted the same day, and the appellate trial was opened on March 21, 2025 and is ongoing.
Sometime around the beginning of the trial (I’m having trouble locating a timestamp; I may have heard this verbally), I was notified of Xoriet’s apparent distaste for me by Feux from a conversation involving Xoriet, Feux, and Milograd, where she evidently spoke ill of me and called me a “loose cannon”; amusingly, both Feux and Milograd (things did not end well between me and the latter; he could easily have agreed with Xoriet just to spite me) sprung to my defense, stating they believed entirely the opposite (quote: “more like a careful cannon”); this pattern of backroom trash talking and shady wheeling and dealing will persist throughout the duration of the trial till the present, escalating and escalating ever since this first time I was made aware of it and began tracking.

The truly egregious thing occurred on March 9, 2025, where an old enemy and abuser of TEP, Yuno (blacklisted by the broader NSGP community and banned from TEP for extremely egregious OOC offenses) appeared in my DMs for the first time in over five years after she “was discussing the past with a friend, and . . . remembered [me] having a freakout about [her], and [she] regret[s] not calling [me] out for that”, after which I immediately told her to “Get lost” and blocked her (I didn’t realize I had missed blocking one of her Discord accounts). It was subsequently confirmed (I’ll refrain from identifying the person who confirmed it for me) that Yuno sent a screenshot of this exchange with me directly to Xoriet immediately afterwards, who apparently doesn’t have her blocked and still maintains contact “to keep tabs on” her / people like her, is apparently what I’ve heard from people. Who was the “friend” Yuno was talking to before she appeared in my DMs? Supposedly not Xoriet. I don’t know if I believe that.
I personally detest that this is happening and would like for it to stop. I might have to assume the role of IC (and sometimes OOC) hatchet man sometimes, out of necessity and a sense of duty and obligation, but that doesn’t mean that I enjoy it. Further OOC attacks and “strange coincidences” will be reported publicly here, and if they escalate I will request explicit mod action against the parties responsible.
