When shall the new constitution be put into place after its ratification?

I would favor a date no sooner than February 14. This will give us some time to consider practical changes that need to be made (forum names) and political changes that need to be made. During that time, Codex could help the senate and Loop detail a list of changes.

I would be more keen on it being done on February 28th or March 1st.

Uh, Loop, 1 April is hardly the best day to introduce a new Constitution.

yeah, but the articles went in on Oct 31st,
and I thought it would take longer for them to get ready to go
