World Worker’s Canal Visa - Apply for those marked “open”. All passes may be revoked without prior notice and vessels denied entry. Vessels carrying humanitarian aid do not require a pass, but may be subject to inspection.

  • Return Pass - Open - $50,000 per vessel (personal vessels exempt) - Democratic Republic of Osterlicsh allows access to maritime vessels, provided they exit the canal through the same port of entry. Requires diplomatic recognition.

  • Maritime Pass - Open - $300,000 per vessel (personal vessels exempt) - Democratic Republic of Osterlicsh allows access of maritime vessels to the World Worker’s Canal. Does not permit the movement of ammunition, weaponry, components of weaponry or ammunition, or military vessels. Goods transiting the canal are subject to inspection by Osterlicsh officials without prior notice. Requires diplomatic recognition.

  • Naval Pass - Open - $450,000 per vessel (may be waived) - Democratic Republic of Osterlicsh allows the access of naval vessels to the World Worker’s Canal. Is subject to two weeks notice of transit whereby vessels will be arranged a slot. All passing vessels will require DRO Volksmarine (People’s Navy) Officers on command deck for the duration of the passing. Requires military transit permit.

Any spies that you had placed in the Wolfen republic now Rufuina, we recommend their swift withdrawal, as they soon will likely be victims of crackdowns within Rufuina, this regime was created so that the communists could never subvert our capitalistic way of life, and we have full intentions of containing you within Arcturia, you have our full guarantee on such.

You may have heard rumours of an Arcturian economic union, you would be correct to assume that Rufuina is leading the development of such, but you will be incorrect to assume that you’ll have any part in such union until your system goes from controlled market to free market.

We do not recognise Osterlicsh as a legitimate nation.

administration and hope you begin to experience some political success in the near future.

Perhaps there is some issues in translation, as we are struggling to understand what you mean by “spies”.
We do not currently operate any undercover operatives in any nation on Urth. Perhaps you are confusing
us with another communist nation, of which we are not.

As for the establishment of your economic forum, we are sorry to hear that you are limiting your ability to
expand by renouncing access to the World Worker’s Canal, which is nearing completion. It seems as though
you seek to control our market in that sense, wouldn’t you say?
