Dremlegate Term Executive Awards
Good day to my fellow TEpers,
Today I have the grand honor of bestowing award ribbons to the rising and established heroes of the East Pacific. And it is my great honor to say there is a lot to go through today.
Order of Valor
First off I want to start with our soldiers, and the East Pacific Soverereign Armada. It’s no secret that I take great pride in our military, having come from a long career as Admiral. I am happy to say when I became Delegate, i had the excellent choice of @Lucklife to take my place. What happened then was where i walked, Luck ran, and quickly EPSA became an established presence in military gameplay. Lucklife is hereby awarded the 
Golden Ribbon of Valor.
An Admiral can only perform so well with their loyal sailors. And that we have many to thank for their dedication to our community, with two specific highlights here for their above and beyond commitment to take out our hated enemies in Cordone. @Rudak and @Ulmer, you are everything our soldiers should ascribe to. You sat in a hated community, for months, to pull off the biggest operation this game has seen in years. No matter how the operation went, your dedication is clear, and so is your place awarded the 
Silver Ribbon of Valor.
Operations are only one thing, and without our pilers we would not be able to pull off the exciting operations we do today. For your dedication to many operations during the term, the following are awarded the

Order of Artistry
I am bestowing a 
Standard Ribbon of Artistry to @Cretox for the wonderful flag design we have had for the last 2 terms of delegates. Our aesthetic is a major part of what makes our region feel united, and that flag was a great addition to our culture.
Order of Culture
I am giving the continued hosts of the Hunger Games @Dio, @American-Cascadia, and @Cappedore the 
Standard Ribbon of Culture for their continued contribution to our culture. May we continue to prosper with their involvement!
Order of Hospitality
I have one ribbon to award to this Order, and that is a 
Golden Ribbon of Hospitality to @Domais for the amazing innovation of Anarcha to our recruitment. This has helped to automate a pretty cumbersome ministry, and allowed focus elsewhere like integration.
Order of Jurisprudence
I am happy to bestow a 
Golden Ribbon of Jurisprudence to @Mangegneithe for being the organizer and writer of the HOG amendment, which will forever see the delegacy maintained by our trusted Viziers, and allow the region more comfort in our continued democratic heads of Government in the new Archon position to follow the end of my term. This is a major step to solidifying a peaceful and prosperous TEP.
Order of Maintenance
Keeping up our dispatch infrastructure and forum structure is bound to be dull endeavor but an important one nonetheless to our region. I am happy to give both @Ulmer and @CyberiumShadow the 
Silver Standard of Maintenance for their continued and tireless work of updating the dispatches and other offsite areas of our community.
Order of the Dove
It is my pleasure to deliver an award of 
Golden Ribbon of the Dove to @A_mean_old_man for their continued excellent planning of our foreign affairs, and we wouldn’t be nearing this era of peace without his effort.
Please congratulate the honorific TEPers, for they deserve it for their actions.
