Advis Arcistopica’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs accepts the following diplomatic connections:

[li]Use of Advis Arcistopican trade routes (including tariffs)

An already friendly relationship is required for the following:

[li]Non-agresssion pact

Negotiation of specific terms are required for a seperate RP (exchange of embassies and ambassadors are absolutely required for this):

[li]Trade agreements (in which some industries are exempted from tariffs or all industries are exempted, use of trade routes already required)
[li]Military alliance (requires prior non-agression pact)

Advis Arcistopica is somewhat protectionist, to which they need a seperate area to negotiate specifics of trade deals (in which tariffs are cut down on).
Any prior agreements are void, due to the storage facility certifying agreements were destroyed in a fire. (OOC: An IC excuse to not have prior diplomatic arrangements, even through they have not spent the previous years as an isolationist nation.) Try not to get too distracted from the ongoing repair work.
