The government of the Realm of the Oan Isles would like to exchange embassies and establish formal diplomatic relations with Ethalria. His Serene Majesty, the Defender of the Oan Isles, Ese Ulua would like to invite My Lady for diplomatic talks whenever it suit you. We believe that as members of the ACA, governed by the same terms. The Matriarch officially recognises Kuthernburg. We wish to establish an Embassy in your nation and vice versa, but we do not wish to establish any form of military corporation because of your relationships with the SCE.

If a trade deal can be negotiated, we would gladly accept.

The Oan government hereby recalls our ambassador to your country and we will close our embassy with immediate effect. Your ambassador has 48 hours to leave La Rochelle. We are placing a sanction on trade between our nations. All planned investment projects will be terminated with immediate effect.

The assassination of His Royal Highness, Thaddeus, Crown Prince of Staynes and King of Horales was a dastardly and cowardly move, one that will be met with swift and relentless action. It is not the Ethalrian people who are the enemies of peace. It is the wicked Matriarchy. It is clear that true freedom and happiness will come to the people of Ethalria when the enlightened reigh of the High Kings prevails over the green glades and good people of Ethalria.

The reign of their Excellent Majesties, the Lords of Staynes, Caltharus, South Staynes, Joralesia, and Horales shall live on forever, and no devil in Ethalria will change that. Light shall be brought into Ethalria and thy head shall be hewn and cast into the fire.
