We wish to grow our relationship by allowing residents of Great Morstaybishlia to visit Grindoligarch and vise versa using a 45 day Visa Program. In the future, perhaps we can develop this onto a free workers movement. Furthermore, we believe erecting an Embassy building in your country to be the utmost importance for our citizens.

Being an extremely popular language taught, studied and spoken across multiple forums around the globe; we wish that we can allow more people to understand each other from language isolationism when abroad and in regions of higher Staynish speaking peoples.

Dear Franklin Barvata,

We will first start by stating we greatly appreciate your acknowledgment of our nation as a sovereign state.

Grindoligarch would be more than welcome to the idea of opening relations and establishing trade with Great Morstaybishlia. Though I must first state that due to our nation’s concerns in regards to security we will have to decline to accept any non-authorized citizens of any nation for visitation, immigration, or emigration. The cases in which individuals would be permitted to visit Grindoligarch would include authorized traders coming in and out of designated ports and political figures or ambassadors coming into Kalistad for diplomatic reasons.

Grindoligarch is quite open to trade between our nations, though in the negotiation of such a deal we will have to make some specifications regarding our nation’s security measures, which we can elaborate on when making said arrangements. In regards to your exports, we have an interest in agriculture and cocoa from Staynes; Corn from Caltharus; Uranium, fish, and Grain from South Staynes; and fruit and spice from Justelvard.

In return, Grindoligarch exports machine parts/manufacturing (on request for specific parts or machines), military equipment (infantry equipment, tanks, planes, drones, ships, etc.), Information Technology, computer parts/computers, mining, and timber. In large part in regards to types of machines/machine parts, military equipment, and computer parts/computers Grindoligarch is very flexible in production and can change the production of certain factories to fulfill specific requests in any of those fields.

Grindoligarch offers a slightly different form of schooling than most other nations, but we can ensure that, to all citizens where understanding Staynish would be a beneficial thing to know, we will teach them the language.

Grindoligarch would also be interested in an exchange of embassies and potentially the opening of research agreements or pacts in certain fields that both nations are interested in developing. Furthermore, a non-aggression pact would be ideal in order to solidify the pacts or deals made between our nations and in order to ensure peace is kept between our nations.

The embassy apologies for not seeking to make contact sooner as we are similar regimes and on the same continent, the Confederacy wishes to extend it’s formal greetings to you and hope we may establish friendly relations on the continent of Arcturia.

We must apologize to say that given the recent events regarding your nation’s recent actions in Puntalia and more specifically the international controversy and pressure that your actions have brought on your nation, Grindoligarch must deny establishing any form of agreement or pact between our nations at this time. We hope that things are able to calm down in the area soon and look forward to that day, but for the time being, we don’t intend on taking a side due to the tension and risk of the area as of this moment.

Dear Mikhail Volkov,

Thank you for your considered reply. Your concerns regarding security have been noted and we are willing to cooperate with your ways.

It is excellent that Grindoligarch wishes to import agricultural goods, cocoa, corn, uranium, fish, grain, fruit and spice.

At this point in time, Great Morstaybishlia wishes to import car and appliance parts, motherboards and other computer parts and earth minerals from your mines. If Grindoligarch mines for shale and chalk we wish to import 20,000 tonnes of chalk for the next 3 years and 1,000,000 tonnes of shale.

We thank Grindoligarch for acknowledging Staynish as a language option for certain students in their schools.

Great Morstaybishlia will send Ambassador Locklyn Perter-Doy, and accepts the Non-aggression Pact. We will need to reach further dialogue in order to establish research agreements between our nations, and in the coming weeks will send a copy of the Non-aggression Pact for your leader to sign.

OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION FROM THE KAFAAN OF ZUKCHIVA

GREETINGS, Representative Mikhail Volkov.

On JULY 8, 2020, you sent a notification to our embassy requesting an Embassy Exchange, Diplomatic Recognition, Non-Aggression Pact, Trade Agreement, and Research Agreement. Unfortunately, we have since been ailed by troubles as relayed in this Embassy of the Kafaan of Zukchiva - The East Pacific - Tapatalk. However, we have now been able to free up some time and consider your requests.

As such, we would be willing to accept your requests for an Embassy Exchange, Diplomatic Recognition, and Trade Agreement (once we work out security details). We would also love to establish a Research Agreement and are willing to further discuss terms in the coming weeks. We do not wish to accept the Non-Aggression Pact at this time, but will consider said request later when our relations have taken deeper root.

We understand that opinions may have changed since a few months ago, but nonetheless we hope you are still interested in pursuing these items we wish to establish.
