Embassy of Kyrloth

Prime Minister // Sinter Tass // Kirrhion

Deputy Prime Minister // Keren Atsra // Sarrhion

Minister of Foreign Affairs // Alter Iszeran // Onisarenu

Kyrloth is a small nation of seven and a half million people, mostly zrei elf and human, and is fairly well developed, with an PDAS grade of B-. It is surrounded on most sides with water, with territories of the Kingdom of Kuthernburg to the west, South Hills to the south, the icy Arctic Ocean to the north and Kireitarenu’a and Izria to the east. Formed following conflict with the Hamanian army in the 1650s, Kyrloth has remained generally neutral on most matters to date. In terms of industry, Kyrloth excels in scientific and military research, space-intensive agriculture, and has a vibrant music scene centred on the twin capital of Azmarin Zlovskavaar.

Diplomatic Recognition and Relations
Embassy / Consulate

Treaties and Pacts*

*may be subject to negotiation

The Republic of Kyrloth grants mutual diplomatic immunity to all persons directly involved in the administration of diplomacy. This does not cover service or local employees. Kyrloth recognizes that property owned by a foreign government for the purposes of diplomatic missions to be the territory of said foreign government, and similarly considers any property purchased for use in diplomatic missions in other countries to be a Kyrlot territory.

Any embassy or consulate is expected to follow the laws and civil codes of Kyrloth and whichever city or town said embassy or consulate resides within. For logistical purposes, it is highly encouraged that the main embassy be located on the island of Zlovskavaar, ideally within one kilometer of the seat of government at Dar’kana Tower. Embassy buildings will be provided from a list of available blocks, however the construction of a custom-built embassy building is permitted, provided the construction is approved with the relevant city administration. As Kyrloth has strict firearm ownership rules, it is encouraged that only security staff be in possession of firearms. Any military grade weapons, with the exception of standard automatic rifles, are prohibited.

The RP will begin on Friday June 1, 2018.

From: Government of Hama
To:Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrloth
Subject: Invitation to Sign and Ratify the Northern Pact
Date: 30 May 2018
[hr]
Dear Kirisu Bela

The government of the Kingdom of Hama would like to invite you to sign and ratify a convention known as the Northern Pact. In a recent opinion piece published on the Hamanian diplomatic service website, the head of the department of Maritime and Shipping Law articulated the need and expressed the idea that we had for the codification of international customs concerning the use of and movement through the sea(http://forum.theeastpacific.com/single/?p=10042135&t=7016731). The primary goal of this convention is to create rules that govern how international waters are to be used and moved through and affirms respect for the territorial waters of nation-states.

The Northern Pact has been ratified by Laiatan, Vekaiyu and the Hamanian Empire while finalisation with South Hills is ongoing. The pact is discussed and outline in an article on the former Hamanian News website (http://forum.theeastpacific.com/single/?p=10036667&t=7016730). It outlines what the convention entails and hopes to create a framework by which nations can not only share responsibility and delineate rights insofar as use of and movement through the Gulf of Itur and Borea sea are concerned but facilitate cooperation on a number of important ecological, economic and security issues. We hope you will join us in this process.

To: Prime Minister of Kyrloth
From: Royal Shipwrights Company
[hr]
Greetings

I hope this correspondence finds you well. We are aware of the ongoing debate to increase military spending in the Kyrlothian Parliament. We believe that every nation must prepare for the worst case scenario, and protect its people from harm. This move to expand the resources available to your highest protectors, your military, is an invaluable boon to the defence of your nation. This expansion of the resources allocated to military spending further gives potential for employment and the development of local industrial capabilities in the field of arms manufacturing.

With that in mind, the Royal Shipwrights Company would be interested in setting up a factory in the Vaarisvalla dockyards to repair old naval ships. We will train and employ locals. This exposure to an international company will benefit the growth of the arms manufacturing industrial complex. Through exports, your nation’s economy will grow and its employment rates will increase. Furthermore, we believe that your nation deserves only the best ships. We are would like to offer you a chance to view our ships and decide whether you would like to purchase some. The most important aspect of a holistic defensive strategy is the navy. It makes long-range projection of air power and defence of land against foreign threats possible.

We want to be partners with you, giving your nation what no other company has the courage or foresight to do: work with and for your nation rather than exploit it. In fact, feel free to browse our catalogue http://forum.theeastpacific.com/topic/7021135/1/ and placing your order.

Regards
Malakim Binhaminu
CEO of the Royal Shipwrights Company
