We will gladly accept your offers of Diplomatic Recognition, an Exchange of Embassies, and a Cultural Exchange. The embassy will be constructed in the historical Mexregionan capital of Civilmagna, on the Island of Insulmag, which is quite muggy this time of year. However, due to Mexregionan foreign policy, we cannot accept a Pact of Non-Aggression. This is reserved only for the nations that have shown explicit interest and friendship towards Mexregiona for a long length of time. However, this may very well change in the future. A Military Pact is currently being debated between the USM, the Second Republic of Tretrid, and the Atlantic Triarchy of the Atlae Isles, and Kuthernburg may soon be within reach of its membership. Your nation may have to wait for further news of this, however, as these discussions are being held internally and are only in the planning stages.

We welcome the recent declaration of war against the illegitimate government that rules Xagrurg, which calls itself the Greater Xagrurgian Empire. Considering that we share common values such as democracy (to which the aforementioned terrorists are opposed), and subsequently our common enmity towards the terrorists, the Oan Isles wishes to extend a hand to the mighty United Parishes of Mexregiona.

We wish to coordinate our operations in Aurora and beyond as will be required as the looming war drags out. We wish to avail our bases, airports and ports, logistics, intelligence, expertise and other support, and open our waters to the Mexregionan fleet on its way to our troubled continent.

As I’m sure you know, the creation of Non-Aggression Pacts between Mexregiona and other sovereigns is a rare event at best. Currently there are only two countries on Urth with such a privilege, and it is considered the highest sign of diplomatic agreement in Mexregiona. That being said, Mister Leader II is interested. He wishes for a Pact of this sort, although he’d like to make certain clauses clear to your Kingdom-come-Empire. He wishes that Asendavia declare Non-Aggression with nations that Mexregiona currently has Pacts with (The Atlantic Triarchy of The Atlae Isles and the Second Republic of Tretrid) along with any and all present members of the Atlantian Alliance. If these requirements are met, not only will you be granted the ever-valuable Pact of Non-Aggression, but your sovereign will also develop much stronger ties with many nations of the Atlantian continent, including but not limiting to Kuthernburg, The Atlae Isles, and Tretrid. This alliance you propose interests both Mister Leader II and myself. What would the details of such an alliance be, and would there be any other sovereigns taking part in said community? We’d like to hear back from you as soon as possible, as, I say again, this highly interests us. As you mentioned, relations between our two countries are great. We’d love to open a hotline between our two sovereigns. I believe, as I’m sure Mister Leader II does, that both Dropdatderp and Insulmin City are necessary ports of communication for the United Parishes, as one is the capital and the other the seat of the government, respectively. I am assuming the city to which these two hotlines are built is Tretridia, although please elaborate otherwise if I’m incorrect. Otherwise, we can’t wait to establish the line.
