Quick Information:

The Empire of Celannica is a Gondwanan Island nation located in the Gulf of Gondwana northwest of Daneelmark, Southwest Gondwana, and the Antarctic Ocean. Currently sharing borders with Astrania in Southeast Gondwana, the Empire of Celannica controls the entirety of the Gulf of Gondwana via the Fire Line and powerful naval fleets patroling the gulf. Although most of the history of the Empire has been managed to be only kept to the Empire alone, it is noted that in the 18th century, Celannica and the Confederate States of Astrania began the first of many devastating conflicts for supremacy of the Gulf of Gondwana, ultimately leaving Celannica has the victor. While considered the most secretive nation on Urth, Celannica has managed to keep itself as one of the most powerful nations internationaly through raw military strength, an ever expanding economy, and maintaining an active role on the international stage while also actively engagaing in scientific research. It is noted that Celannica was the Founder of the Fire Pact Alliance, a military and economic alliance and is currently maintaing its authority in Gondwana.

Free Syllvin is willing to join the FPA in the capacity of a probationary member in order to learn about the Alliance and what full membership entails. Free Syllvin would be afforded affiliate status with ech nation under the FPA and associated diplomatic, economic, and defense benefits. As you most likely already know, Chianski is being blockaded by Adumaran and Syllvanian ships. However, this is not why I am writing. After returning from a diplomatic meeting with representatives from Adumara, Furnifold, and Chianski, my son Alexander informed me that Chianski had supported terrorists in Latianburg. He also believe that Chianski has broken severeal articles of The Fire Pact Agreement. Therefore, I suggest we put the leader(s) of Chianski on trial.

Until recently, I have not heard of these events that you just explain to me, and I was not made aware of this nation, “Chianski”, becoming a FPA Member nor have I heard of them breaking the Articles of the Agreement due to association with these “terrorists”. Whether the reason my nation has kept me quiet about it, I will personally deliver this message to our leader, General Zetta. Perhaps he will immediately deal with the threat with a swift invasion, but until a course of action is decided, I can only promise that Chianski shall be severely punished.

Dear Wolfe N. Stien

We received information about the security threat in Celannica. We are greatly concerned that our friendly neighbour has gone through this difficult challenge and we hope that the matter can be dealt with expeditiously. Due to the proximity and nature of the security threat and our history with its malicious cause, the Al-Jaheed. We are deeply concerned and we hope that the matter can be resolved quickly.

To ensure that our country remains safe, we have increased our military presence on Oan Gondwana. This is not a belligerent action whatsoever and we wish only to protect our territorial interests. In order to respond adequately to the crisis, we need greater clarity on the extent of the threat and details on what has been done so far.

We have further concerns about the fleet that will be sent to Chianski. While we are affronted by Chianski’s support of an organisation that not only dispenses violence, but threatens our neighbour, we would respectfully advise you to stay your hand.

The ultimatum which you have sent to the Chianskian government, creates tension and panic that will threaten our commercial interests in that area. While Chianski deserves to be punished, retributive justice has proven to not only stand against our values, but has the potential to do more harm than good. We respectfully ask you to postpone your deployment until we can work out a deal and create an atmosphere that is conducive to discussion.

Rehabilitation, restoration and reconciliation are mightier than belligerence and blame.
