Welcome to the Embassy of Zukchiva!

The Kafaan of Zukchiva is a small and landlocked nation located within Southern Gondwana. The vast majority of our population of ~15,000,000 people consists of dwarves, though many humans, elves, and mixes do exist among our kind. With a population density of around ~82 people per square mile, our nation has many beautifully preserved forests, mountains, and historic scenarios, uninterrupted by development prevalent in foreign countries.

The government is lead by our Kafaa (the equivalent to “Queen”), Evangeline Conqura, who contains all executive and legislative authority. The Council, the legislative body of the Kafaan, suggests to the Kafaa laws and regulations that she may enact or reject upon her will. Through a delicate system of balance and procedure, Zukchiva has managed to maintain one of the last remaining “monarchies” on the planet, while maintaining a nation of equality, service, fairness, and progress.

All nations are free to propose relations, pacts, and other items to us. The following list of items may or may not be accepted. We ask that you please understand that we take our time in considering requests, and therefore it may take a few weeks to return an answer. However, do not let these discourage you from applying for any of the following, we will reach out to you eventually.

Your request is currently being considered in terms of allowing trade with your nation. We will return to you about that particular item in a later date.

We are willing, however, to accept the 45-day Visa and Embassy requests. Consider them granted. Construction of an embassy for the United Kingdom shall occur within the next few weeks, and the Visa within the same time period. (Not to worry, embassies shall be built to human specifications, not dwarf ones.)

As for your request to enact Staynish classes, we have attempted to teach multiple languages within the Western schooling districts of our nation, but they have not taken hold well. However, you may be pleased to know that we teach highly successful Stanyish classes in many schools found within the Eastern coasts and in-land areas of our nation.

For clarity, due to the construction of an embassy over in our nation, will you be sending us an ambassador as well?

Zukchiva would also like to build an embassy in the United Kingdom and, if possible, send over a Zukchivan ambassador to your nation as well.

To the Kafaan of Zukchiva,

Grindoligarch sees it as a mutually beneficial endeavor for our nations to establish an exchange of embassies, a mutual acknowledgment of sovereignty, and a non-aggression pact to ensure peace between our nations and protect/secure any future pacts or arrangements made either through this correspondence or in the future.

If it would prove that both of our nations are working towards similar technological advancements and are at a similar point in such endeavors, a research agreement may prove mutually beneficial as well.

Furthermore, Grindoligarch is interested in opening trade between our nations and is able to provide the following exports: machine parts/manufacturing (on request for specific parts or machines), military equipment (infantry equipment, tanks, planes, drones, ships, etc.), Information Technology, computer parts/computers, mining, and timber. In large part in regards to types of machines/machine parts, military equipment, and computer parts/computers production is very flexible and we can change the production of certain factories to fulfill specific requests in any of the previously mentioned fields that apply. Though we will need to specify the security measures we take in order to secure our nation before a trade can begin.

It is with a humble heart that the Kafaan of Zukchiva apologizes for the backlog of requests submitted within our embassy. Extenuating circumstances have made it so that there has been little time to consider every item presented to our government. There has been months of preparation going into the coronation of our new Kafaa, which coincided with our previous Minister of Foreign Affairs becoming ailed with an illness and resigning in early April.

With the ascension of Kafaa Katherine Conqura to the throne and the appointment of me, Gorivo Gustaf, as Minister of Foreign Affairs, we will once again be considering requests.

All nations who have sent requests for relations with us will be notified via their embassies of what the Kafaan has decided to accept, decline, or consider more upon.
