In regards to your proposal we have much do discuss before they can continue ahead. We will graciously accept your proposals for an aid package provided there are no strings attached.
We will also allow you to send over teachers and professors to assist in our literisation campaign, however they will have to undergo a series of tests and meet certain criteria to be allowed to teach. In regards to your proposal for trade we are to further discussion about potential agreements.
Finally regarding your idea for a PMC to operate on our soil we firmly reject this. I can assure you that we will have FPLM soldiers protecting your citizens and any aid you send through to us.
I am confident we have a great future ahead of us however.
