Last question, will you take a more hands on micromanaging approach or more of creating a good team and delegating tasks to your team?

I’m hands on but I would not be a micromanager either. The delegate needs to be involved but on the flip side, they also need to rely on their ministers to support them. It’s all about being a team and that’s what teams do.
