I want to petetion for a change to the Endo count limit,
I would like to see it lowered to 101 Endo,
I base this on the fact that A, there is really no need for more, and B, it is possible to gather enough folks to fill in the gap should something happen.
I also would like to ask that the ammended Endo limit include the provision for 2 apointed successors, who may go over the limit and take over should it necesitate.

Certainly it bears discussion. While I’ve not see the need to lower the endorsement number, allow for successors would be a wise provision.
Perhaps the delegate could help us understand how the change from 150 to 100 will help in the efense of the region or make his life easier?
if invaders such as the ADN has a plant with 150 native endo,
and on an ocassion where I am incapacitated like with the flu, and loose a good chunk due to my whoring being hampered, they could easily gather upwards of 200
