Dear Magisters,
I would like for you all to develop a good endorsement telegram for me to send along side my endorsing UN Member nations in our great region. I’ve been using one that needs revision, but I’ve just not had the time to rewrite it, and I would like to start using it, as I’ve started seeking endorsements again. I would like for it to welcome the individual to the region, congratulate them on becoming members of the United Nations, perhaps inform them of laws pertaining to endorsements in the East Pacific, and, of course, seek their endorsement as a request; not a requirement. If you all are willing, I think a good telegram can come of this project. I would much appreciate your efforts; they will not be in vain.
