As stated The East Pacific Attorney Office - The East Pacific - Tapatalk, to be an attorney, you need to do three things:

Be a Citizen

Make sure you are not an Arbiter nor Delegate

Pass the Standardized Test of Attorney Acceptability and Responsibility (STAAR)
Should you meet requirements #1 and #2, requirement #3 will be addressed within the next post.

The Standardized Test of Attorney Acceptability and Responsibility is a serious exam testing you on your ability to reference East Pacifican law.

You will be answering a 19-question test. There is no time-limit that the test needs to be completed in.

As a hint, many test answers can be found in the Laws of the East Pacific - The East Pacific - Tapatalk
as well as The East Pacific - Tapatalk - Login.

After you have filled out the test, direct message the Viceroy on Discord with your results (contact: NuclearGandhi#9538). The Viceroy will respond to you within a week with your exam grade.

Should you score a 75% or higher, you will have considered to have “passed” the exam, and be a certified East Pacific Attorney.

Contact the Current Viceroy for your next steps.

Should a certified Attorney resign from their position, and later reapply, they need to retake this exam.

This test is meant as a record of your suitability for the position of attorney-at-law. Memorization of the answers is not the goal; what matters is that you are able to quickly find and formulate the answers to legal questions. You may therefore look up the answers during the test.
