A Guide to the Executive’s General Structure- All names listed are nation names.
Definitions
CABINET: The group that leads and coordinates the entire Executive. Made up of Ministers & Advisors.
CHIEF MINISTER: A Minister who answers directly to the Delegate. Leads a “Chief Ministry” which is independent from other Chief Ministries.
MINISTER: A person who a) preforms a duty of the Delegate or b) advises the Delegate. In the context of this post, “Minister” means a Minister whose Ministry is a subdivision of a Chief Ministry.
MINISTRY: A specific entity, led by a Minister (Ministry) or Chief Minister (Chief Ministry) to preform a specific Delegate duty.
ADVISOR: A Minister whose job is to advise the Delegate.
INNER-CIRCLE OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS: A group of diplomats (Senior Diplomats) who lead the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
SENIOR DIPLOMATS: High-ranking Diplomats, as chosen by the Inner-Circle, who make foreign affairs decisions with the Delegate and lead the East Pacific’s Ambassador fleet.

MINISTRY JOB: Develop the East Pacific’s regional culture and community by a) hosting interregional events with related regions, b) hosting internal events, and c) taking initiatives like design contests to develop the East Pacific’s theme.
MINISTRY OF HOSPITALITY
MINISTER: Eunopiar
MINISTRY JOB: Assist the Delegate in recruiting measures, try to engage citizens and get them in joining government or roleplay.
MINISTRY OF NEWS
MINISTER: Albrook
MINISTRY JOB: Run the East Pacific News Service and publish regional podcasts and audio/visual media.
MINISTRY OF WORLD ASSEMBLY AFFAIRS
MINISTER: Cappedore
MINISTRY JOB: Advise the Delegate on World Assembly Affairs, decide how the Delegate will vote in the World Assembly.

02.23.21- Upon his election as Forum Roleplay Ambassador, Sokala has been granted Cabinet access. Norgsveldet has lost his cabinet access, due to no longer serving as Ambassador. Norgsveldet served as Forum Roleplay Ambassador from October 2020 to February 23rd, 2020.
02.24.21- Eastern Alksearia has been appointed as Deputy Forum RP Ambassador by Sokala, and therefore shall maintain Cabinet access.
02.25.21- Upon receiving no objections from the RMB, Brethren shall serve as RMB RP Ambassador, and Aivintis shall be Brethren’s Deputy. Both maintain Cabinet access.
03.10.21- Upon resignation, Algerstonia is no longer Minister of Immigration. He served as Minister of Immigration from January 26th, 2021 to March 10th, 2021. Algerstonia shall remain as Cabinet Advisor.
03.15.21- The Bedford Initiative has been appointed as Minister of Immigration. They shall serve on the Cabinet.
04.02.21- Upon resignation, Libertanny has been removed as Cabinet Advisor and IC-FA Advisor. They served as advisor to both bodies from February 15th, 2021 to April 2nd, 2021.
04.05.21- Eunopiar is appointed as Co-Minister of Immigration.
04.05.21- The Ministry of Virtual Enhancement is hereby abolished. It was ran under the Chief Minister of Regional Affairs during its existence. Its Ministry job was detailed as “Coding, design, and any other “miscellaneous” work which doesn’t need a full Ministry.” Existed from February 15th, 2021- April 5th, 2021. It had existed in a similar form under the Delegacy of Libertanny.
04.12.21- The Bedford Initiative is fired as Minister of Immigration. They shall no longer have Cabinet access. They served from March 5th, 2021 to April 12th, 2021.
04.12.21- Albrook is henceforth appointed as Advisor to the Inner-Circle of Foreign Affairs.
04.15.21- Albrook is promoted to Senior Diplomat, following the resignation of Wiranath. Wiranath served as Senior Diplomat from December 25th, 2020 to April 15th, 2021. They shall not remain as an advisor, but are always welcome to join the Inner-Circle when they are able to do so again!
04.23.21- Nociav is promoted to Senior Diplomat, following the resignation of Sokala. Sokala served as Senior Diplomat from June 6th, 2020 to April 23rd, 2021. They shall remain as an advisor, due to promise of activity.
04.29.21- Following his resignation, East Malaysia is relieved as Chief Minister of Regional Affairs. They served (during my term) from Feburary 15th, 2021 to April 29th, 2021. They served a few months during Libertanny’s 2020-2021 administration, but I can’t find the dates. Altys is thus promoted as Chief Minister of Regional Affairs, from Cabinet Advisor. East Malaysia will stay on as Advisor.
05.12.21- Raiu East, known cordially as POTATO, shall serve as an IC-FA Advisor.
05.19.21- Eunopiar is released as Minister of Immigration and Minister of Information. They shall remain as Cabinet Advisor. They served as Minister of Information from ~December 2nd, 20210 to May 18th, 2021. They served as Minister of Immigration from April 5th, 2021 to May 18th, 2021.
05.19.21- Albrook is appointed as Minister of Information and shall maintain Cabinet access.
05.19.21- East Malaysia and Libertanny are appointed as co-Ministers of Immigration. Libertanny shall re-gain Cabinet access.
01.17.22 - Delegate Albrook replaced almost every name with their positions as of her delegate term October 2021 - February 2022
06,15,22 - Eunopiar recorded as EPSA OO and Minister of Broadcasting and Information. CyberiumShadow added as Magisterium Ambassador.
