During the reign of the Fascist Vultuca the leader Yuri Vonshor stated that expansion would happen and was necessary but due to difficulties it took tons of money and supplies to even set up one little settlement but, after The Socialist Republic of Vultuca was formed they didn’t want any fascist remnant so Vultuca started removing policies and buildings from the fascist regime and now have decided to cancel their expansion to save supplies, money and to get more friendly with nations that are worried about their previous Imperialism.
