The East Pacific (TEP) is an organization dedicated to the principles of Fair Use. To that end, we respect international copyright and intellectual property laws. Any party may use, alter or otherwise reproduce the images and products located on or related to: the TEP:Evolved forum(s); TEP Urth; and official media sites, providing they receive the express written consent of the Cartographer and provide appropriate credit to the owner(s) of the intellectual property in question.
Where reproductions are made for websites, magazines, radio, television or other media or assemblies in which images or written features, or both, of TEP will be displayed, the original credits for the intellectual property being used must be maintained.
Failure to provide proper credit for TEP or its associated products may result in legal investigation and, where appropriate, charges being brought.
