Dear Minister of Foreign Affairs,

On behalf of the Sultanate of Packilvania, I humbly request that the United Empire of Peregrinia petition the Federated Alliance of the Free Pax States to extradite Prince Kujil a-Sajahal Bedon to Peregrinia. In turn, we request that Peregrinia extradite him to Packilvania to face a trial for corruption. The Prince may contend that he is being persecuted but, far from it, he is a fugitive of the law.
