Forum RP Officer
The Forum RP Officer is an elected position by members of The East Pacific’s forum roleplay section to serve within the cabinet of the Delegate and lead the RP Department for Interaction. It will work alongside both the Cabinet, the RP Department for Interaction, the RP Staff and the Bureau of Public Affairs for the betterment of The East Pacific’s forum roleplay. This position should be delegated to an individual who is involved in TEP’s forum roleplay and have some experience with it.
At any time the Delegate may remove underperforming members of this Office and call for a re-election, whereby dismissed members of this Office can not immediately be re-elected.
The Forum RP Officer’s duties:

Take up a senior office within forum roleplay and assist in staff affairs within the Forum RP Discord server,

Attend Cabinet meetings where possible, relaying any ideas or suggestions to and from the Cabinet and forum roleplay,

Work alongside and assist the Director of Public Affairs in all roleplay-related things, especially for forum RP,

Coordinate with the Director and the RMB RP Ambassador to host Roleplay Awards where required,

Lead the Roleplay Department for Interaction by the following:

Record and admit members of the Department, as well as admitting and dismissing deputies,

Encourage roleplayers to join the Department,

Delegate tasks to the Department such as forum roleplay articles and any other informative articles regarding forum roleplay for EPNS, regional telegrams, Regional Message Board and Discord recruitment,

Help create content themselves to be put in the aforementioned points.
