SECTION I: CITATION
…1.1. This Act shall be known and cited as the “Gladiatorial Combat Act”.
SECTION II: DEFINITIONS
…2.1. “Challenger” shall be defined as any resident with a grievance against another nation.
…2.2 “Defender” shall be defined as any resident who has been challenged by a Challenger.
SECTION III: THE COLLOSEUM
…3.1 All trials outlined in this act shall take place in the Colosseum, a designated ring of combat paid for by the marsupials.
SECTION IV: RIGHT TO TRIAL BY COMBAT
…4.1 A Challenger has the right to declare a grievance and demand trial by combat with any resident who has wronged them
…4.2 A Defender has the right to accept the challenge, or choose trial by mockery to avoid the challenge
SECTION V: TRIAL BY MOCKERY
…5.1 Upon declining a challenge the Defender shall endure one thousand chants of “haha graep” by the full Colosseum, with no ear plugs allowed.
