The charter of the East Pacific shall forever remain enshrined so that we remember the time before the coming of the Darkness, a time before the Vipers came and infested our land. The charter shall be read to our children with weeping as we remember that we stand on the shoulders of Giants.
Citizenship in TEP shall be granted to those who ratify the Charter, as practiced by our ancestors.
However, in this period of Darkness, the Charter shall no longer be the guiding document for our region and its government. Instead, we shall be guided by three Elders, chosen by the citizens for their Wisdom and sound judgement.
One Elder shall be our chosen delegate, unthroned by the Vipers of the Empire. The other two shall be chosen by the Citizens of TEP, those who have stood up against the Vipers of the Empire. These Elders shall be as night and day: One shall busy himself with the running of our domestic policy, the other shall busy himself with our foreign policy.
There shall also be chosen by the citizens a war chief. The war chief chall carry a spear to smite our enemies, but also shield to protect our region. They shall wage war for us, and also negotiate peace for us. the War Chief will not be an elder because when the day comes that the Darkness is gone and the Vipers are no more, the War chief shall lay down their spear, and there shall be great rejoicing.
All citizens of TEP shall be granted a seat at the Indaba, where we shall talk and we shall listen to one another, and where we will come to agreement. Any may speak freely, and all shall listen. And the Elders and the War Chief shall listen to the Indaba, and shall take from the Indaba the will of the people.
7. To keep the East Pacific unified, in case the tribal elders cannot perform their duties, the Pax shall be given a ruling say over all matters related to the East Pacific and its affairs.
While I cannot vote, I’d like to make a suggestion.
I personally think TEP should be ruled by a confederation of warlords each with their owned armed forces and governments, with some sort of system by which the warlords select a delegate.
Said warlord coalition would begin as a coalition to remove Phedre and the warlords would get to continue to use TEP as a base for their operations afterwards.
One weakness is that it calls for one of the elders to be the elected delegate, Grindah. since he is inactive, this may need to be re-thought.

We can put the “hungarian modell” in use. In the nomadic times, the hungarians had two leaders. The ‘gyula’ was the spiritual leader. He only participated in ceremonies, and when he couldn’t do his duties more, he was sacreficed. The real leader was the ‘kende’. And of course there were the leaders of the different tribes (seven, according to the legends, but there were actually more).
Now I’m not suggesting, that we should sacrefice Gnidrah, but we could put him in this limbo-gyula status, until we decide.

Loop has resurected several of his that were dead for a few years, one of which he is active in.
I have set up the Council house, I have called Loop to make the posts in the Remembering place for the Charter, ect because I think he should be the one to do those posts.
