The United Kingdoms of Great Morstaybishlia and Justelvard will accept the West Arkian’s plea for support by initially sending a small task force of three destroyers and an array of supporting vessels led by an amphibious assault ship and two cruisers that is situated in our nearby Rosamund Island and Dalmaghar bases.

We are glad to hear that the empire has acceapted most of the terms of our offer, while frustrated at the fact you refuse to condemn the former Assowolf republic despite your hostile relationship, we shall not go into the subject matter any further, we wish to establish an embassy within your industrial capital as most of our requests for resources we wish to be from there.
The resources we seek from your nation are the following:

In return for these said resources the Confederacy wishes to offer two things, the first that Morstaybishlian industries and companies will be allowed to set up commercial enterprise within Rufuina, however this must be under the condition that these said industries and commercial enterprises do not go against or criticise the government in any way, if such condition is broken they will be evicted without harm and their property within Rufuina will be seized by the government to be lent to local businesses.
Please note that we will seek to give the Morstaybishlian companies fair treatment and equal taxation to local industries and that in the case of eviction the central government will personally oversee eviction in order to ensure that they are evicted fairly and without harm.
The second thing we seek to offer is to manufacture of weapons to the two neighbouring colonies, New Calth and Louzaria, in exchange for money we wish to privately arm your two colonies with the standard firearms, military vehicles, explosives, ectera used by the Morstaybishlian colonial armies within the regions.
