I, a representitive of the Miners’ Republic of Durakia as elected by the Durakan People, wish to humbly request of your great state to recognize my government as the legitimate successor to the Miners’ Socialist State of Durakia following our victory in the Durakan Civil War, throwing off the shackles and oppression of the tyranical Sariv Martov. We seek to follow in the liberties and democratic values states such as yourself expouse, and seek the diplomatic support of the honourable states, such as yourself, whom we fought alongside with against Asendavia in the tragedy that was the Great War.

We humbly request mutual recognition between our two states, an exchange of embassies and the resuming of trade agreements previously held between the MSRD and yourselves.

Dear Prime Minister Maui Uye-Ahua,

After a series of readings in parliament over two successive weeks, the Morstaybishlian Government wishes to accept this offer that the Government of the Oan Isles has proposed on 5th February 2021, subject to some alterations.

The Morstaybishlian Government will invest an additional 1.75 billion KRB per annum, amounting to 7 billion KRB over the four year period on top of 20 billion KRB that will be invested by the Oan Treasury and Oan Industrial and Commercial Bank. Business meetings helmed by representatives from the Cabinet convened and made agreements with Morstaybishlian based businesses such as Zapna, the largest engineering and steel conglomerate credited with the production of over 12% of bridges and elevated highways in South Staynes in the past 100 years; Kaylo Construction, for similar purpose; Salifa, an Electric Generation & Utility company; and Morstaybishlian Cable, Inc., a Telecommunications company. All listed companies will participate in the construction of bridges and fibre optics cable.

The Morstaybishlian Government will use this investiture to establish its own fibre-optics cable connecting the Morstaybishlian West Pacific Territories to north-east Caltharus, where we aim to connect and integrate the MWPT with our home nation - something previous governments have failed to do.

I eagerly await your visit to Sani Bursil. Our administration team will work with yours to establish a date. On this day, we will cover any further information and to sign this promising Four Year Infrastructure Investment Initiative.

Thank you for contacting my office at your most convenient time. From this moment henceforth, the Kingdom of Morstaybishlia formally recognises the legitimacy of the government of the Miners’ Republic of Durakia as the overbearing and representative authority of its Durakian people, with democracy as a core ideal of its republicanism value at mind. I wish to personally congratulate you on taking these steps to form democracy at its highest order.

All of our previous trade agreements can and shall be reinstated in the weeks to come, though we will need to conduct a formal review over every process to revolutionise efficiency and to eradicate any previous problems the system had. From this point forth we shall send an ambassador to Durakia and we cordially return with an invitation for a Durakian embassy to be re-established under the Miners’ Republic in our capital, Bursil.

I hope you’re well. As you may have heard by now, a horrid attempt was made on my life at the opening ceremony of the Malachite Palace in the Kohatu Isles. Luckily, we were evacuated in time and no harm came to me or Aroha and Moana
.
I have full confidence in the police and intelligence, of course. But with matters still not fully resolved, the madness of the whole situation has made Aroha and Moana very stressed.

So, I kindly ask that you allow Aroha and Moana to come stay with you for a bit until things die down and go back to normal. I trust they will enjoy the change of pace and spending time with my mom’s side of the family.

Send my regards to Rosa, Harriet and all my cousins. I have asked Aroha to lay a wreathe at Thady’s tomb. I would like for her to pay respects in memory of him on my behalf.

The Morstaybishlian government ratified a bill which gives recognition to Casilló y Réal. The MBE commits consulates to your capital, and in exchange will negotiate residence for a consulate from Casilló y Réal to Sani Bursil.

We accept the terms of the aforementioned visa agreement, but will require further dialogue for a trade deal and non aggression pact.
