Hey guys, I’m pretty much the new guy I guess. New to NS, so I expect to go through the awkward transition phase associated with new things and I can’t wait!
A bit about boring old me, family is from Quebec, but I moved to Ohio to study game design in university. I tell people I go into French whenever I’m upset but really I do it just to mess with people. Before I settled on game design I considered creative writing and political science, so hopefully those interests will benefit me here. I’ve been playing RPGs forever, and have roleplayed as a Slytherin, a super villain, three professional wrestlers, and a 7 year old druid that was secretly a goddess the whole time and not even the DM knew it until the end.
But enough about boring old me, Lomana, my country, is hopefully going to be a pretty sweet little Steampunk based Imperial Republic whose three main political figures are the 10 year old Empress (seeing as I apparently have a knack for playing young female characters https://groups.tapatalk-cdn.com/smilies/52127/1536592193.1323-smiley.gif?ttinline=true
), her bodyguard/man nanny (manny?) who’s also her main advisor/father figure/ in general suave and cocky soldier, and the chancellor of the Republic council. So yeah, I’ll be switching between a 10 year old girl (Hi!), a 24 year old Leonardo DiCaprio (Hey there wink.), and Carl from Up (GET OFF MAH LAWN!). Should be fun.
Anyway, great to be here, hope to get to know you all better, make some allies, maybe even some friends if I’m feeling dangerous.
