How did you find NationStates?
I can’t immediately recall how I found out about NationStates, but I’m pretty sure it turned up as a Google result at some point before I first joined. I have since been on NationStates for a little over two years as another nation.
What inspired the name of your nation?
I had originally planned on making this (my second nation) a historically-based nation that focused on the activities of the Order Hospitaller of Jerusalem from 1090 to approx. 1251 AD. As of late, however, I may be steering away from a strict historical interpretation and opting, instead, for an inspired “revival” of said organisation outside of real-life fact.
Have you joined the World Assembly?
I have joined the World Assembly as my primary nation (the Embattled Imperium of Sternberg), but not as my TEP-inhabiting nation. Depending on circumstances, I may switch to apply for delegacy as TOHoJ, but time would have to tell; I’m a bit reluctant about having to constantly “shift” my delegacy status back and forward between two nations.
What country are you from?
Australia - the state of Queensland, specifically.
Do you like watching the news/studying your government?
I don’t necessarily like having to keep studying my government (considering who we have leading us right now at the federal level), but I consider it a necessity in order to be informed as to where Australia may be heading.
