I think I am the only one currently in the Hall of Heroes. (Hall of Hero?) That’s why I have been pushing for more people to be included. I’m lonely.
I’ve included you again to ensure all such Nations are approved under the new legislation. You’ll have company soon.
Now you’ll have some people to pass the salt too

Before any voting takes place, I will be posting a short description and motivation for each of those names, as approved by my as Keeper, to the Magisterium, as required by the Hall of Heroes Act.
I am fiiiine with those nominations. But that fox-guy thing…

…is right where his name should be.
To ensure compliance with the Hall of Heroes Act, section 3(1), I provide a brief description of each nominee. Please note that these descriptions are not exhaustive, but an overview of some notable facts about the Nations proposed.
Todd McCloud
Does he need an introduction? Todd McCloud is a longtime resident, ex-Delegate and administrator, and notorious roleplayer of TEP, notable for many things. He has been (and continues to be) a giant in TEP Roleplay and has mentored many Nations. His publications and writings are infamous. He has been Delegate of TEP for multiple terms, and is still an active Vizier of TEP. Active in TEP roleplay and government since Jan 18, 2008, Todd McCloud has been an invaluable asset to TEP and TEP history in roleplay, gameplay and administration.
Fish Island
Presented by 1 Infinite Loop himself, Fish Island was a known and loyal Nation during the TEP Confederacy, and, according to the endorsement of 1 Infinite Loop, a now “long missing brother” that deserves remembrance. He was active from the beginning of TEP as a feeder in 2004 to about 2009, and was an active social poster, roleplayer, and one of the earliest Magisters of TEP. He served as Consul (nowadays called the Provost), and was the author of the Grand senate advertisement as well as author of the long used “Defcon” levels graphics on the TEP Forums. He was officially retired and lost Citizenship in 2010 due to his prolonged absence, after 6 years of exemplary service to TEP.
Codex
Codex was thé law-expert in early TEP, co-author and expert on the 2005 TEP Charter and many of its subsequent laws, and one of the earliest members, government members and roleplayers of TEP as an organised region. He was active from 2003 to about 2009, 6 years of fantastic service to TEP. His contributions to TEP law are too many to list, but he was active in the drafting of many laws as Magister, helped with the Charter, the Constitutional Convention (after the original Charter), acted as Consul (nowadays Provost), Arbiter, … and so forth. One of the great legal scholars in TEP’s history.
President of HoopHoopland
This Nation was a great early contributor to TEP roleplay back in 2004. He was also active in writing and debating various proposals to the U.N. (nowadays the World Assembly). Did you also know he was the first one to start the still-played “Word Association” game in 2004?
Lothlanderamore
Delegate of TEP before 1 Infinite Loop came about, Lothlanderamore was delegate after the notorious “founder” of TEP, Hitler the Great, before 1 Infinite Loop moved in. As the story goes, Lothanderamore and some others overtook TEP from Hitler the Great. Later on, after the invasion of Heartland by the Farkers and 1 Infinite Loop, the latter moved to TEP for somewhat of a break. Than Lothlanderamore asked 1 Infinite Loop one day to take over for a few days while he (Lothlanderamore) arranged some personal stuff, however never to return, leaving 1 Infinite Loop in the Delegate seat, starting the glorious history of TEP as an organized region.
Wachovia Coalition
Wachovia Coalition was a notable roleplayer and contributor to TEP from 2004 to 2009, and was active in nearly all going roleplays for a time. He was also active in legal matters, serving as defense counsel in several cases before the TEP court, and as a Magister.
A Slanted Black Stripe
What TEP’er after 2009 does not know this name? A rather good description was already provided, so I’ll quote that here : “ASBS is arguably one of the most important and beneficent nations in the history of TEP, one who had the chance to wield night unlimited power in a GCR (arguably the dream for several revolutionaries, raiders, and those of a similar character), and yet turned down that temptation in favor of freedom, democracy, and an openness often unseen in modern NationStates politics”.
When the Empire invaded and dominated TEP for four months, it was ASBS, together with Dannistaan, that started the endorsement campaign that would end the reign of the Empire over TEP. After the ousting of the Empire, the Concordat was adopted, installing the TEP we know today. Moreover, ASBS’ contributions to TEP and TEP law, most notably as a long-time Magister, have been nothing short of admirable.
Ok, whoops, I jumped the gun there.
Now, personally, reading all those descriptions makes me wanna vote for all of them!
The ones I mostly know are Todd, ASBS, and Codex (look in the archives of TEP’s consitutional meetings, as mentioned). The other ones are certainly just as commendable, otherwise, Loop would never honor them in such a high institution.
I support all these nominations (for realsies, this time.)
Reading all those introductions gave me a lot of warm fuzzies, Bach. This is an all-around great idea.
I suppose we (the Magisterium) give it a while to give everyone a chance to chip in, and organize a vote soon. If there are any suggestions for amelioration of these texts, I’m happy to receive them.
I move to vote.
I second the motion to vote.
