Well, there are a number of ways to involve yourself in TEP community. You’ve already entered into roleplaying, which is a biggy…The East Pacific is known throughout NS for being the RP Region, and to truly integrate into TEP, you must at least have some interaction in the RP world.
OOCly speaking, once the forums are back up, you can always get to know people in the Lounge, Games area, etc. Additionally, if you have an AIM, logging on and IMing some of the people (their IMs should be in their profiles) would let you get to know some of us.
In terms of government…at this time, the government is running skeletal operations only. Which means that there really isn’t an ability to sign up for a new job. That said, once things are back alive…you should look around. There are jobs available.
