You mention Culture and Recruitment - what archetypes do you have in mind there that would help bring the goals you seek?
For the non-mentionned current departments (namely EPSA, WAA, News, Endorsement, FA) - why not them too? Do you believe they function “fine” (without risk of stagnation) as is? Or is there something else?
For Recruitment, I really want to find someone who knows how to write well, and has free time to be able to send telegrams to the Region. I would also like to have someone charismatic who really wants to be able to do something for the region, because this can be a very important role.
For Culture, I want to see someone who has already had similar roles planning events in the past. From experience, Culture is not as easy to start in as it would seem. I would also like someone who has plenty of free time to plan said events. I would also like this person to listen to feedback and get ideas from the general public. No one knows what the public wants to see from an event other than the public itself.
Well I do believe that some of them do risk stagnation, which is why I am still going to open up applications for all of them, I just cannot guarantee that I will choose a new person. For most of these, there may be a person who comes along who really surprises me, and in that case they will get the job. But I do not think I am in the position yet to say that I will for sure replace everyone here. I do want to try and at least get someone new for Endorsement and maybe EPSA, but everything else has been quite flourishing under their current people, so I will have to go on a case by case basis when applications open.
I did not plan to, but now that you mention it, I may. I will think more about it if I become delegate, right now I don’t think it is of high importance. So, we will see.
I know you said you dont have much experience in FA, but for the sake of fairness:
What is your take on current structure of the FA Ministry and Council?
As Delegate, it’s not required but nice seen, when you have connections outside. In which regions do you hold active personal relationships these days?
What is your take on Frontiers, Frontierist ideology and recruitment from Frontiers?
What is your take on our NDay faction, which is composed of not only culturally neutral regions, but also raiders (TCB, TBH, etc)?
What is your take on TWP? Will you attempt to fix relations? If so, how?
What is one key issue of TEP FA and how will you fix it?
How will you choose your MoFA?
In your eyes, what regions we could have relations with but don’t?
As a Delegate you face a situation. You learn, that one of fellow TEPers has been spying on a region we don’t have diplomatic relations with and our interactions are semi-hostile. What do you do?
What is Lausanne and what regions are a part of this?
I believe that right now the FA and the Council are pretty well structured, and I do not plan to change much abkut the structure itself.
I do not actively participate in any regions outside of TEP, the most I do is participate in RMB RP and Forum RP. I did once participate in Thaecia, and became a Member of Parliament. If I were to become involved in another region, and I will eventually, I will rejoin Thaecia and their government.
I do not have a take on this subject.
I believe that N-Day should be neutral ground, where any nation, no matter their relation to each other, can have fun and launch nukes without having to worry too much about diplomacy or FA issues.
I do not have a take.
I do not know about any issues with FA right now.
I will hold applications for MoFA. Here I will have a period of time for candidates to DM me, where I will then ask them a series of questions. At the end, I will pick the person who I believe will best represent the region and do what is best for the people of TEP.
I do not know.
I would immediately reprimand the TEPer who was spying on the region. I would then launch an investigation to see what else they may have been doing with any other regions. Depending on what I find, I may ban them from the server or any specific roles they hold in TEP.
I do not know.
I do not know.
I believe that cultural neutrality is when a region participates in events/cultural events regardless of what other regions are participating in the same event. Where the event is considered neutral ground.
