Treason - intent
In East Pacific vs. Insane Legends, the court ruled that intent must be taken into account in matters of treason, and that evidence of this intent must be shown for a party to be found guilty of treason.
This ruling was upheld in, among other cases, East Pacific vs. Jamerion.
Judicial Deadlocks
In East Pacific vs. Schwaggy, following a judicial deadlock over the charge of fraud, the Senior Judge dismissed the charge citing presumed innocence.
Judge removal
In East Pacific vs. Schwaggy, following a petition, a judge was ordered removed from the case due to his involvement in obtaining evidence.
Endorsement Cap
In East Pacific vs. Kerisma, the court ruled that breaking the endorsement cap is not by itself a violation of the law and that the cap is subsidiary to the existing law against endorsement swapping (Tep Forum | 404 - Link Expired
This decision was overruled by Senate resolution on 16 July 2004, however it may still be cited as precedent in arguments for future decisions.
