[JUDICIAL REVIEW] Extent of JR Nullification

Request for Judicial Review
LAW IN QUESTION Concordat, Article C, Section 6
LEGAL QUESTIONS OR CHALLENGES 1. Does the word “nullify”, in relation to the Conclave’s judicial review power to nullify Magisterium Acts contrary to the Concordat, imply that such acts are repealed by the JR verdict, or simply rendered powerless? 2. Can the Conclave nullify parts of laws (i.e. words or clauses) rather than the entire law, if only certain parts are contrary to the Concordat? 3. If so, are such parts amended out of the law, or simply, as is the question in 1, rendered powerless?
