I found this article interesting. I don’t believe in the whole 2012 thing, so I like when scientists come forward and just spend a little time disproving it.

this is just like the whole Millinum Bug thing, something that the day after we wil be laughing at the morons who were trolled by people from 5000 years ago.
Well the Millennium Bug was a man-made flaw in computer systems…
My ___ actually worked on fixing it…just cause something doesn’t happen doesn’t mean it wasn’t prevented.
Every time I see one of those “World going to end according to (insert historical figure/civilization)” articles, I laugh myself silly. 
What makes it more priceless is how many fall for it. I’ve seen within 5 weeks time at the grocer’s four tabloid papers all claiming Nostrodamus foreseeing the end of the world at X day X month X year…and all four papers with different dates. Ranks up with batboy and the alligator kid.
I don’t know how you can compare a Tabloid magazine to an Ancient Mayan Calendar.
Other than the Tabloid magazine will eventually pull from it in 2010-2011.
