The Kelssekian Alliance or Alliance kelssekienne (sometimes referred to by the acronym AKA) is an international organisation whose objective is the promotion of Kelssek culture abroad. It offers language instruction in English and French, as well as sponsoring and organising events like film and music festivals, theatre productions, book clubs, and other cultural activities. It also arranges educational progams like student exchanges and helps recruit international students who wish to pursue education in Kelssek.
It is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation, although it does receive some funding from the federal Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Its primary revenue source is from its language classes and cultural activities.
At this time, the Alliance is seeking to expand its international presence. If you would like the Alliance to establish a branch in your nation, please post here. In addition, this thread can be used to propose student exchange programs and other similar educational and cultural arrangements.

We have been fascinated by this message of a cultural exchange. Certainly, we hope that you (et al) are not offended that a cinematic television network is among the first groups to make extra national contact with the Kelssekian Alliance. However, the mention of film festivals caused a great deal of interest among our group. We would like to host, say, an on television film festival, and we would be willing to pay whatever price is necessary. Not only is it a positive event to finance a group that is offering educational opportunities; it is allowing Mallumian citizens to become in contact with a foreign language and culture in a positive way. Surely our broadcasting of approved films will not be dubbed in, but instead have subtitles that are approved by the Kelssekian Alliance so that the citizens of our nation might better hear the language in question and be immersed in your culture. Also, if it is a permissible situation, we would like to make several films available to the Alliance to spread culture, as any exchange is a two way street. Perhaps we may suggest our film Sabrecat Riders and its sequel Thunderbolt Riders? Each are about fighter pilots in two different points in our history who, despite the modernity of their conditions, have knight like valor in their actions. While it may seem that action-conflict films might not be the finest to represent a nation, these two motion pictures are certainly the paramount of the director’s craft.
I certainly hope that you will respond in some positive manner to this idea. Even should the Alliance detest everything that has been proposed, we shall like to hear words that affirm this denial.

This is not of course to say that we would not fully welcome a branch of Kelssekian within our nation. Fully so, we would wish this to be a true case. On our end, certainly, we are making the equal arrangements necessary for such an exchange however. We truly hope here for the best.
The Royal Confederacy of Dannistaan would welcome the Kelssekian Alliance to set up operations in Dannistaan in exchange for allowing the Dannistrian Council, a similar Government run and funded body, to operate in Kelssek.

“…President wants to make it very clear that at the time of the incident, the monkey was supposed to be tranquilized.”
Blue House Communications Director John Goett took a breath after completing that portion of the Daily Press Briefing. That story wasn’t going to go away, the man could’ve known that without a day of media experience. There was a lot more to cover in the briefing, though, so the Press Secretary continued onwards.
“The Kelssekian Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Kelssekian culture across the world, recently announced its intent to significantly expand here in the East Pacific. President Kroidrik asked today that I formally invite the Kelssekian Alliance to establish a branch here in the Federated Alliance. It is the hope of this administration that this will enrich the culture of the Federated Alliance whilst facilitating education about foreign cultures. Should the Kelssekian Alliance setup shop here in the Federated Alliance, it will be granted tax-free status as an international non-profit group.”
“Speaking of groups, the Blue House vehemently denies rumors that the Vice President has groupies…”

We are interested in having a cultural exchange with your nation. In Anglic Jutland we value cultural studies highly as they contribute in many important ways to society.
It will be our pleasure to commence operations in your nation. It is my hope that our shared aims will be achieved and will contribute to better relations between our nations.
