Kokarada! (Hello!)

Hello all, been a member of TEP for a good however long it takes to get 360 million citizens, just haven’t gotten around to figuring out all the stuff beyond the Issues and the Factbook. Glad to be here though, haven’t done any RPing as a country before, though I have RPed for other stuff (mainly a pro wrestler, so seriously, don’t mess with the delegate, he knows 1001 holds) Anyways, I’ll sort of switch to more in character here as I say…

Kokarada, hello, I represent the Confederated States of Koreska, you know that smaller chain of islands that your citizens keep going to for their summer vacations? That’s us! We’re not so much isolationist as we are very tentative about letting other people tell us what to do, and as such you may find our defense force to be somewhat large, but let me assure you they are just that, a defense force. We gained our sovereignty from the bloodstained hands of individual dictators, and have created for ourselves a nice little nation. We’re quite proud. We’re very excited to be a part of The East Pacific, as most of us have grown up in this region, but we are rebel leaders and idealists, we don’t know much about international politics, nor do we wish to be overeager to end up somewhere we don’t want to be, (the vote is still out on joining the WA) but we hope to find allies in both trading, and defense, and as such, thank you for having us.

Welcome to the forum!

So… yeah, actually I’m completely turned around and not sure what to do. Is there a next step? Applying for citizenship seems to be pushed a lot, can anyone please tell me what that means? Thanks again.

Well, it mostly brings you a number of advantages actually. You get some rights, protected by the TEP government, which secures your position in TEP much more. You get to vote on who gets to be Delegate. You can enter the Magisterium and vote on laws… Citizenship is really your entrance ticket to a lot off stuff.
