Historical Summary: Before the unification campaign that brought a united nation to Krozland, the land it resided on was occupied by multiple different cliques that fought for control over various territories within Krozland. Many of these cliques led their lands with an iron fist, adopting harsh philosophical systems similar to Legalism in China.
Smaller, more obscure cliques were wiped out by the imperialist and legalistic Xanthi clique, led by Parranos and his “council of heaven” who ruled the people they controlled with an iron fist, frequently indulging in book burnings and mass execution of religious people as well as scholars who were believed to be against the council.
Meanwhile, the Deltan Clique ruled with an even hand, combining democracy with autocratic elements, a system that the Deltan people use to this day.
