The HC is decided through a majority vote of the sitting Governors. After the High Counsel is the Prime Minister. The job of the Prime Minister is to send and relay the grievances of the people of each island from the Governors and determine courses of actions with the SHC and CR. Governors are determined by the CR. Their staff consists of 6 Ministers selected through a democratic vote that ensures the welfare of the Emerilians are being over sought justly and fairly. In times of extenuating circumstances, The Supreme Council (Containing the Crowned Royal, HC and Governors) are called into the Royal Palace’s delegation room. Whatever the matter maybe, they MUST reach an 80% majority vote to avoid any miss giving’s in the nation’s darkest hours.

The Governors petition in front of the Crowned Royal on behalf of their Island’s respective ministers and their matters. If the CR deems said legislature detrimental to the nation as a whole, she has the right to shut to dismiss the case. At this time the High Counsel may voice their opinion and heed the CR if they wish to do so.

Historical Summary:
June 12th 1800: An overturned radiated tortoise is saved from starvation by an explorer named Adrian Alexander. Astouned by the reptile’s perseverance, he named the island after that tortoise’s very color Emerald.
November 3rd, 1808: The first settlers begin to look for this emerald tortoise as their journey begins in Emerald Town. To no avail they don’t find the tortoise. This matters not though as they quickly catch their bearings on the wild lush island.
July 29, 1850: An elderly Adrian Alexander returns to the greatest accomplishment of his exploratory career. The settlers decide to name his world renowned son Michael Alexander as head of the troop. To their dismay, the local indigenous had finally came out of isolation. Something had to be done.
May 10 1853: After countless bodies and years of bloodshed, two star crossed lovers decided to put an end to this. Princess Sina (the first born of the indigenous King Kahli) and Matthew Marcus (the Alexander family’s second in command) brokered peace that came through a long winded and exhausting argument. They were to be united through marriage and become the island’s new monarchs. Soon after the sister islands feel in line and the Emerald Shield was created.
