— Begin quote from ____

The Magisterium finds that:
a) The proper way to pronounce the abbreviation of the Eastern Pacific Sovereign Army, EPSA, is ee-pee-es-aye.
b) Some individuals pronounce EPSA as epsuh.
c) These individuals are dangerous to the region at large, and must be evicted as soon as possible from our borders in the name of regional integrity.

THEREFORE, BE IT SO ORDERED BY THE MAGISTERIUM

  1. The Eastern Pacific Police Service shall be required to conduct an investigation into this matter. All individuals who utilize the services of the East Pacific shall be asked whether they are pro-epsuh or pro-E.P.S.A.

  2. In the event that an individual admits to being pro-epsuh, they are to be found guilty of a summary offense with a maximum sentence of permanent banishment.

  3. In the event that such an individual is a high official of a region which holds relations with the East Pacific, the Delegate shall close relations with that region and eject all of its diplomats from the East Pacific in the name of regional self-perservation. Additionally, said region shall be declared persona non grata until such at time when it admits to being pro-EPSA.
